About · MKC Consulting
I've carried a number. Now I help teams hit theirs.
I'm Jessica Roberts, founder of MKC Consulting. I spent my career in enterprise revenue roles at Salesforce, Highspot, CoachHub and global investment firms. Today I help sales and account teams turn what they already know into revenue.
Who you'll work with
Not a trainer who studied sales. A seller who delivered.
I've sat in the forecast calls, negotiated with procurement, presented to senior leaders and held my price, often as the youngest person in the room and one of the only women.
I didn't get there because I always felt confident. I got there by doing the hard thing until I had the proof I could. That's exactly what I now help revenue teams do.
The track record
From financial services to enterprise SaaS.
A career built in front of customers, against a target.
Financial services
Where it started: global investment firms.
I began my career in financial services at Legal & General, B&CE and Fidelity International, working with ultra-high-net-worth clients with portfolios worth millions of pounds.
When that much is at stake, trust is everything. It's where I honed my customer service skills and really learned what drives the way people behave and make decisions, a foundation I've built every commercial conversation on since.
CoachHub · Berlin
Selling people development to enterprises.
As an Account Executive in Berlin, I sold coaching and people development to enterprise businesses, working directly with CHROs, HR leaders and Chiefs of Staff. I know first-hand how senior leaders weigh up investing in their people, and what they need to see in return.
It's also where I discovered my passion for coaching, and where I started my journey to becoming a qualified coach.
Highspot
Enterprise and strategic accounts, at the top of the board.
As a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise & Strategic, I grew and renewed some of the business's largest accounts, including one of the world's largest global banks, the world's largest telco and complex technology businesses. My largest contract closed was worth $5m. These are the exact conversations my clients' teams now face every day.
I sat on the Revenue Advisory Board, advising the C-suite on customer-facing and revenue strategy, and chaired the Inclusion & Belonging Council, leading a global team of more than 20 people.
Salesforce
Prime Territory Account Director.
At Salesforce I led a prime territory, working with large customers on complex, high-value deals across the entire Salesforce ecosystem, bringing together multiple products, stakeholders and internal teams to get deals over the line.
Alongside my role, I was Vice President of Outforce, Salesforce's global LGBTQIA+ network, leading a team of more than 30 people globally and helping shape an inclusive culture across the business.
Today
Founder, MKC Consulting.
I left Salesforce to build what I'd seen revenue teams missing: practical confidence that turns existing knowledge and skills into commercial results.
What I kept seeing
The difference was rarely skill. It was confidence.
In every team I worked in, the top performers weren't always the most capable.
They were the ones who asked for the meeting, challenged the client, reached the senior stakeholder and held their price.
Meanwhile, brilliant people stayed quiet, discounted too early and let deals drift. They'd had the training. They knew what to do. In the moment, they didn't use it.
Businesses were paying for talent and training they weren't getting the full return on.
Why revenue leaders invest
Why your team will actually listen.
Most confidence work is delivered by people who've never sold. That's why it doesn't land with revenue teams.
I've done their job
At their level, against their targets, with customers just like theirs. Your team respects that, and it's why the work sticks.
I speak your language
Pipeline, margin, renewals and forecast. Every session is built around your commercial numbers, not generic soft skills.
It builds on what you've already paid for
I don't replace your sales training or methodology. I help your people use it properly when it counts.
You'll see the return
Behaviour is measured before and after, so you can show the change to your leadership team.
How I work
Three principles behind everything I deliver.
Capability isn't usually the problem
Most teams already know what to do. What costs revenue is the hesitation before they do it.
Confidence is built, not born
Nobody waits to feel ready. You do the hard thing, collect the proof, and repeat until it's habit.
Practice beats pep talks
No motivational speeches. Every session ends in real commercial conversations, practised and repeated.
